Zuko has launched a Shopify app so now it is a simple matter for you to install Zuko tracking on your Shopify checkout to discover the friction points that are losing you customers.
Follow this simple step by step guide to set yourself up.
Firstly head to the Shopify app store and search for “Zuko Checkout Analytics” or follow this link. Then click the “Install “ button on the Zuko page.
You should then be directed to your Shopify app where you’ll need to give access by clicking “Install” again.
You’ll then be taken to the sign-up page for Zuko. Enter your details and click “Create Account” or continue with a Google account.
You should arrive at this page where you can rename the form you want to track (the default name is “Checkout”). Once you are happy with that you can click “Complete Integration” to continue.
This will complete the installation of Zuko on your Shopify checkout.
You will also be sent an email asking you to set a password for your Zuko account. You’ll need to set up this password so you can login to the Zuko app in the future and see how customers have been behaving on your checkout.
